Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. We cannot honor requests for a cash refund for any unused portion of the gift certificate.
Gift certificates can be combined with specials. Valid on existing residential services purchased through Spotless Results Cleaning but cannot be applied to recurring services which are prepaid.
Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; it is recommended that you store this gift certificate in a secure place.
Gift certificates will expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The face value of your gift certificate will be applied to all costs incurred as part of your order, including estimates, pricing, delivery, services, products, and taxes. Any amount in excess of the face value of the gift certificate must be paid directly to the provider. Any other use constitutes fraud.
